Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the Neon Breaker app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by İsmail Demirbaş (collectively, the "Application"). İsmail Demirbaş is hereby referred to as the "Service Provider".
Information Collection and Use
The Application stores your scores, completed levels, and in-app settings (such as music/SFX volume and the max-balls setting) locally on your device only. This data is never transmitted to any server or collected by the Service Provider. The Application may also automatically collect information such as your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the mobile operating system you use, and general in-app usage statistics via Google Play Services and advertising SDKs.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
The Application itself does not use cookies; however, third-party SDKs that serve ads within the Application (e.g. Google AdMob) may use device identifiers and similar tracking technologies for ad personalization and measurement. Where required by applicable law, the Service Provider will obtain consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
Third-Party Ads and Analytics
The Application uses the Google AdMob rewarded ads service to grant certain in-app rewards (e.g. the +50 balls bonus). Google Play Services is also used to ensure the Application runs correctly on Android devices. These services have their own privacy policies: Google Play Services (policies.google.com/privacy) and AdMob (support.google.com/admob/answer/6128543).
Data Security
The Service Provider cares about the security of the data stored locally on your device. This data is automatically removed from your device when you uninstall the Application. The Application does not create any personal account and does not request a username, email address, or password.
Children
The Application is not specifically directed at children under 13 years of age, and the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ads shown in the Application are configured to comply with applicable laws (e.g. COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal data, please contact us at info@476games.com.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be announced by publishing an updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes may also be communicated within the Application.
